Police classified the case as suspected preparation for murder. This is a criminal offence for which an adult perpetrator faces a sentence of up to ten years' imprisonment. Given the age of the suspect, proceedings will likely be conducted under the law on justice in matters involving juveniles.
Police officers warned that similar cases have been increasing recently. They urged parents to monitor their children's online activity and pay attention to any warning signs. They also appealed to social media users to not ignore such posts and to report them immediately.
