Christina Block denies guilt – five hours of testimony in Hamburg abduction trial
Hamburg businesswoman Christina Block has given evidence again in the trial concerning the abduction of her children before Hamburg Regional Court. For five hours she emotionally denied any guilt.

Second statement by Christina Block before Hamburg Regional Court
After more than 72 court days, Hamburg businesswoman Christina Block took the stand again in the trial concerning the abduction of her children – likely for the last time, according to Süddeutsche Zeitung's assessment.
For five hours, Block explained her position in a monotone, halting and quiet manner. In doing so, she denied any guilt: "I haven't done anything," she said in court.
On 25 July 2025, Block had already given detailed evidence for the first time. At that point, she insisted that she had not commissioned the abduction of her children: "I am their mother, I love them."
In the so-called Fabian trial, the central question remains whether the defendant would even be capable of killing a child with six stab wounds. The trial at Hamburg Regional Court is thus approaching its conclusion.
