According to the Süddeutsche Zeitung, police have arrested a third suspect in connection with the fatal incident at Motorworld in Freimann. An arrest warrant has been issued against the 28-year-old Polish man, who is in custody.

Since 15 July, a 51-year-old businessman residing in Starnberg district was reported missing. Police discovered traces at Motorworld in Freimann that pointed to a violent crime.

Initially, a 37-year-old Kazakh was arrested. Shortly afterwards, investigators found the body of the missing man near Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A week later, police arrested a 50-year-old Ukrainian.

The newly arrested 28-year-old Polish man is suspected of murdering the 51-year-old. The act is believed to have occurred in the area of Motorworld in Freimann.
