Armed robbery at Schwabing kiosk: four masked men steal mobile phones and 5,000 euros
Four masked men robbed a man at a closed kiosk in Munich-Schwabing on Sunday, stealing mobile phones and 5,000 euros in cash.
Pepper spray and flight: robbery of 37-year-old on Ackermannstraße
According to the Süddeutsche Zeitung, Munich police have appealed for witnesses following an armed robbery on Ackermannstraße in Schwabing. The incident occurred on Sunday at around 22:30 in a kiosk that is currently not in operation.
A 37-year-old from Munich district was there with a woman he knew only slightly when four masked men entered the space. The perpetrators sprayed pepper spray in the man's face and snatched a bag from him containing several mobile phones and approximately 5,000 euros in cash.
Immediately afterwards, the four men fled together with the woman in the direction of Winzererstraße, where they all got into a vehicle. Police suspect the woman of being an accomplice. The four men are each described as approximately 1.80 metres tall and slim; the woman is said to be around 1.60 metres tall. All those involved were wearing masks at the time of the crime.
