Tallinn court has sentenced two teenagers, who were minors at the time of the killing, to 12 years in prison for the murder of two men, reports TV3 Ziņas.
The crime occurred whilst the perpetrators were under the influence of alcohol. The teenagers used knives and other objects to kill the victims.
The prosecutor who led the case in court emphasised that this is a painful reminder for parents to pay attention to the daily lives of their teenagers and the environment in which they spend time. According to him, inaction, unfavourable company and alcohol consumption can lead to tragic and irreversible consequences.
