In Tallinn, a 48-year-old Roman Soukhov, whose criminal record stretches back to 2008, was convicted of taking a liquid intended for the treatment of drug addiction and selling it on. The young person who purchased the liquid died from poisoning caused by the interaction of multiple substances.
Soukhov is a repeat offender who was registered for over fifty shoplifting offences and attempted thefts last year. This time, in addition to stealing, he decided to earn money with a medicine that he was supposed to consume himself.
