The incident occurred on 13 April last year in Harjumaa, when the woman drove an Audi motor vehicle while under the influence of narcotic substances. The court verdict was unexpectedly harsh for the woman, which caused her to shake her head.
Following the announcement of the verdict, Voolma remained silent. "I have nothing to say!" she said.
