The incident occurred around 3 in the morning when the worker, aged 40, asked another man, aged 26, to leave the venue after observing that he was consuming narcotics. The customer refused the instructions and began repeatedly striking the victim's head against the floor, causing heavy bleeding from the temple.

The attacker continued assaulting the worker with a stone of approximately 16 centimetres extracted from a nearby container before fleeing the scene. The incident was recorded by surveillance cameras at the establishment located on Avenida Zaragoza, Plaza Sancho el Fuerte.
