A court in Catarroja has decreed provisional remand, communicated and without bail, for the detainee in connection with his uncle's death in the Valencian town of Massanassa, according to information provided by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
The arrested man, aged 22, is being investigated for an alleged crime of murder. The incident took place early on Thursday morning, when the nephew and his uncle began a dispute in a nightclub in the town.
The fight spilled into the public street, where the young man inflicted a stab wound to his uncle's heart that proved fatal. ABC reports that the incident took place on a street in Massanassa, a municipality in the metropolitan area of Valencia.
