Three arrested in Valladolid for robbing 330 euros while beating man with stone
The victim, attacked from behind in the early hours of 15 August, identified his attackers as he was heading to report the robbery. Police arrested them in a park minutes later.

Three men were arrested on 20 August by the Spanish National Police in Valladolid as suspected perpetrators of robbery with violence and intimidation, according to ABC. The arrest took place immediately thanks to the victim himself, who recognised his attackers in a park whilst heading to file a report.
The incident occurred in the early hours of 15 August, around 5.00 a.m. Three men attacked a fourth man from behind and by surprise in a public street in Valladolid. They struck him on the head with a stone and, when he was already on the ground, took from the back pocket of his trousers 330 euros in cash, in different types of notes.
The victim subsequently attended a medical centre, where he received treatment for the head wound. Five staples were applied.
Five days after the attack, when heading to the District Police Station in Valladolid-Delicias to file a report, the victim saw the three men in a park in the city. He recognised them, according to a note distributed by the Government Subdelegation in Valladolid, "without any shadow of doubt" as the perpetrators of the robbery.
Upon informing the officer who was taking his statement, the Police deployed "immediately" a uniformed patrol to the indicated park. The three men were there. Following their identification and verification that they matched those reported, they were arrested as suspected perpetrators of the robbery with violence and transferred to police facilities.
The three detainees remained in custody until being handed over to the judicial authority, which decreed their provisional release.
