Two intoxicated drivers were caught during traffic surveillance by Oulu police on Friday in the Kainuu region. One was driving a golf cart in Paltamo, the other a car in Puolanka.

Oulu police department's traffic surveillance stopped two intoxicated drivers in Kainuu on Friday.
In the morning, police apprehended a man driving a golf cart in Paltamo who had been driving under the influence of alcohol. He was issued a temporary driving ban on suspicion of drink-driving.
On the same day in the evening at around nine o'clock, authorities stopped a car in Puolanka. The driver's breath test result exceeded the threshold for aggravated drink-driving. He was also placed under a temporary driving ban.
