Oulu District Court heard on Tuesday from a former police constable who has been charged with multiple criminal offences. The man is accused of, among other things, breach of official duty and assault.
According to the prosecutor, the man unlawfully obtained information from the police system in February 2024. He was absent from work at that time due to illness and had no work-related reason for the information search.
The trial continues at Oulu District Court at a later date.
