The man did not have a valid driving licence. He is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs. In addition, suspected intoxicants and a pepper spray canister were found in his possession. The man was taken to Espoo police custody. He is suspected of several offences, including drink-driving, aggravated endangerment of traffic safety and a firearms offence.
