A city employee in Sampola in east Pori was threatened with a firearm whilst working in the morning. Police arrested the suspect quickly. No one was injured.
City of Pori employee threatened with firearm in Sampola – suspect arrested
In the morning in the Sampola district of east Pori, a local municipal employee was targeted with a weapon being displayed. According to Yle, the civil servant was on the scene for work duties when the situation suddenly emerged.
The person making the threat left the scene immediately after the incident. Authorities, however, arrested the suspect shortly afterwards.
He is suspected of a serious firearms offence and unlawful threats. No one was injured, and the firearm was not discharged.
