Finland's Central Criminal Police uncover international drug network – three Estonians suspected of serious drug crimes
Finland's Central Criminal Police (KRP) announced on 27 August a major international drug crime investigation, through which an organised group was uncovered. The group centres on three Estonian nationals suspected of serious drug crimes. According to the police, it was a skilfully organised and large-scale operation suspected of being directed from abroad.
The police seizure included 14.5 kilogrammes of amphetamine, 20 kilogrammes of marijuana, 6.5 kilogrammes of the infamous alpha-PVP and cocaine. In addition, 160 litres of GBL and tens of thousands of euros in cash were found.
