A 24-year-old resident was caught selling drugs on a street in Agen on Sunday. He was placed in custody and summoned to appear before the court.

On Sunday 7 June, police officers from the BAC were patrolling in the Montanou district of Agen when they came across a drug sale taking place on the street. The officers proceeded to arrest the customer, then the presumed supplier. The latter, aged 24 and residing in the town, was carrying 120 euros in cash.
Placed in custody, the suspect admitted the facts to investigators. He is to appear before the court on 14 December. Law enforcement also carried out a search of his home, but did not uncover any other evidence.
