Besançon: 15-year-old minor prosecuted for attempted murder with knife
A 15-year-old teenager was charged and remanded in custody for stabbing a 17-year-old on Friday evening in Besançon.

According to TF1 Info, a 15-year-old minor was charged with attempted murder and remanded in provisional custody. He is suspected of stabbing a 17-year-old teenager twice in Besançon on Friday evening. Prosecutor Cédric Logelin confirmed the charges on Monday.
The victim received one knife wound to the chest and another to the thigh before being taken to hospital. His condition was described as life-threatening by the prosecutor, who notes that the young man remains hospitalised at present.
The investigation established that the attack resulted from a personal dispute between the two teenagers. The magistrate ruled out any link to drug trafficking. The main suspect is additionally being prosecuted for assault with a weapon against the brother of his victim.
Two other individuals were involved. A 14-year-old teenager was charged with complicity in attempted murder and placed under a judicial supervision order. An adult aged 20, also prosecuted for complicity in attempted murder, is subject to judicial supervision.
