Two PTC dealers appear in Caen court
On Tuesday 9 June 2026, two individuals were tried by the Caen judicial court in Calvados for offences related to drug trafficking.
The investigation was opened following a complaint filed on 28 July 2025 by a man who had been the victim of a fight. According to his statements, this assault was allegedly motivated by a post on Snapchat made by his supplier, which invited him to come and settle a debt incurred when acquiring PTC, a synthetic substance known by the name of "pète ton crâne".
However, investigations revealed that neither of the accused present at the hearing had directly participated in this brawl.
PTC is a synthetic drug whose consumption and distribution are developing across French territory.
