Complaint for violence filed against comedian Grégory Guillotin

According to RTBF Info, comedian Grégory Guillotin, followed by nearly 4.5 million subscribers on YouTube, admits to the violence of which his former partner, aged 27, accuses him.

The complainant describes in her complaint a pattern of repeated physical and psychological violence between 2019 and 2026, covering the entire duration of their relationship. She mentions a system of surveillance, humiliation, insults and persistent control.

The first blows are said to have been struck in April 2022 at their home in the Paris suburbs. Other assaults followed, according to her account: a kick in December 2022 in the Maldives, a slap and several kicks during a trip to Morocco in 2023, then a punch to the eye in 2024.

During the stay in Morocco, Mr Guillotin allegedly slapped her, threw a bowl of cereal at her face and falsely told her he had cancelled her return airline ticket, according to the complaint consulted by the AFP.

The complainant also states that in the year preceding their separation, Guillotin had cameras installed at their home, officially to monitor a tradesman. "In reality, this system was also used to constantly observe" her partner's movements and actions, one can read in the complaint.

The document was filed on 17 June with the judicial court in Évry, Essonne. The prosecution indicated to the AFP that "no investigation service had been seized" at this stage.
