Monégasque authorities have issued an international arrest warrant against Anastasia Berezovska, a 39-year-old woman suspected of carrying out an explosive attack in the principality.

An explosive device detonated on Monday evening on the doorstep of a building in the principality. The operation targeted a household of three people. The alleged perpetrator is believed to have used a male disguise to carry out her plan, according to the judiciary on Friday.
Morgan Raymond, prosecutor in the Monégasque public prosecutor's office, stated at a press conference that the person being sought is a Ukrainian woman approximately thirty-nine years old. Her last known address was located in Germany. An international arrest warrant has been issued against Anastasia Berezovska. Witnesses reported seeing her conducting surveillance in the area shortly before the attack.
The device was triggered using a remote control. The target is believed to be Vadim Ermolaev, a Ukrainian entrepreneur with a notorious reputation. He was injured by the explosion. His partner was more severely injured and remains in a critical condition.
The fugitive is believed to have gone to Beausoleil, on the French side, where a rental car registered in her name was waiting for her. She then allegedly crossed the Italian border at Ventimiglia to return to the Frankfurt area. Police from the Hesse state carried out a search of her home and seized items that will be handed over to investigators in the principality.
The magistrates are attempting to determine whether accomplices or instigators participated in the attack. An investigation into attempted murder is ongoing. The suspect remains missing to date.
