A tragedy unfolded on Friday 10 July in the evening in northern Paris. A 21-year-old young man lost his life after being struck repeatedly with a blade whilst sharing a meal with his companion in the Clignancourt area, located in the 18th arrondissement.
Emergency responders who arrived at the scene could only confirm the death. The public prosecutor's office confirmed this information the following day.
A judicial procedure for wilful homicide has been launched and placed under the responsibility of the 2nd district of the judicial police, which must now shed light on the circumstances of this murder and find the perpetrator or perpetrators responsible.
