A drug case dating back to 2018 was examined on Thursday 4 June by the criminal court of Saint-Étienne. Three individuals from Albania are accused of distributing heroin on rue Beaubrun, over a period extending from April to August of that same year. The charges relate to the transportation, storage, transfer and acquisition of this substance.
Before the magistrates, only one of the three defendants took a place in the dock. His two co-accused, named Klevis Agolli and Armand Salaj, are missing; the courts have issued an arrest warrant against them.
