According to dna.fr, an anonymous tip reported drug trafficking taking place in a small shed on Rue des Harpistes in Strasbourg. An anti-crime unit patrol immediately went to the scene for surveillance.
Between 11:50 and 15:05, police observed the brief passage of five individuals to the shed. Following this observation, officers intervened. The matter led to the arrest of a suspect, described by the defence as a "poor fellow recruited for small-time dealing".
