Gang rape of minor in Gironde: three charged, including two minors
Three men, two of them minors, have been charged and remanded in custody for gang rape of a 16-year-old girl in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle. The victim has identified approximately ten attackers in total.

Three men, two of them minors, were charged on Friday 25 September with gang rape of a 16-year-old girl and remanded in provisional detention, according to France Info, citing the Libourne prosecutor's office. The events took place in June 2026 in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, a commune situated east of Libourne, in Gironde.
According to the initial findings of the investigation, the victim was spending the evening at the homes of two acquaintances when the suspects forced her to consume alcohol to abuse her. She reported having been subjected to oral sex and penetration. According to her testimony, approximately ten men were involved in total in the events.
The assaults were filmed. It was precisely through analysis of these recordings that investigators were able to identify the suspects who were apprehended.
A judicial investigation has been opened for several charges: gang rape, administering a substance without a person's knowledge that impairs their discernment in order to commit rape or sexual assault, recording of pornographic material involving a minor for the purpose of distribution, and distribution of such material.
The investigation is continuing in order to identify other people who may be involved in this matter.
