A minor aged 13 fell victim to fraud in an area of Nea Triglia in Chalkidiki after making contact with a person who impersonated an insurance agent. The girl handed over to the perpetrator jewellery with a total value of €5,500.

According to information from Protothema, the minor was reportedly ensnared by fraudsters who exploited her naivety. The jewellery that was removed had significant value, reaching €5,500.

Authorities are conducting an investigation to locate and arrest the perpetrator or perpetrators involved in the case. Fraud against minors constitutes a particularly serious offence and is being investigated by the competent police services in the region.
