Two police officers arrested for the serious injury of a 20-year-old in Argos were brought before the Nafplio courts and requested an adjournment to present their defence.

Two police officers who had been arrested for the serious injury of a 20-year-old man in the Argos area were brought before the Nafplio courts on Friday afternoon.
The two uniformed officers requested and received an adjournment to present their defence on Saturday.
Thirteen cartridge cases were found at the scene of the incident. The young man who was shot has two wounds to the head.
A ballistics investigation which is being conducted is expected to shed light on the incident and establish whether the shots were fired with intent or into the air, as the police officers claim.
