Bombs targeting politicians' homes in Thessaloniki – One dead
One person has lost their life following firebomb attacks on homes of members of the ruling New Democracy party in Thessaloniki. The victim, one of five people wounded in the attacks that took place in the early morning hours, died from their injuries at a hospital in the city, as announced by the administration of the medical facility.
The attacks targeted residences of politicians' relatives and were carried out before dawn. The perpetrators used incendiary devices to cause damage and injuries.
Police are conducting an investigation to identify and apprehend those responsible.
