Criminal prosecution at felony level has been brought against seven people allegedly involved in the violent incident in Kallithea with a 15-year-old as the victim.
According to naftemporiki.gr, the charges facing the arrested individuals include homicide as joint principals, formation of a criminal organisation, possession and distribution of narcotic substances, as well as illegal weapons possession.
All the offences are allegedly committed within a sports context, as the individuals involved are associated with supporter groups. The seven were brought before an investigating magistrate, whilst the authorities' investigation continues for full clarification of the case.
