Two women arrested in Patras with drugs
Police officers from the DIAS unit discovered two women in central Patras with packages of cannabis and synthetic cannabis, with a combined weight of 85 grammes. The authorities believe they intended to sell the substances to users.

Patrol officers from the DIAS unit proceeded with the arrest of two women in central Patras after they were found in possession of illegal substances.
The two women were identified by officers whilst walking in the area. The officials stopped them for a check and established that they were carrying packages containing raw cannabis, with a combined weight of 70 grammes. Also found were 15 grammes of synthetic cannabis of the "boom" type and 18 hand-rolled cigarettes containing a mixture of tobacco and cannabis.
According to the authorities' assessment, those arrested intended to distribute the substances in locations where drug-dependent individuals gather. Following their arrest, they were taken before the Prosecutor and subsequently referred to an Investigating Magistrate.
