A clothing store in Agia Paraskevi fell victim to a firebomb attack on the evening of Friday 2 October, causing extensive material damage to the interior of the business. According to Dikastiko.gr, the incident occurred shortly after 21:30, at a time when the store was already closed.
Two individuals riding on separate motorcycles approached the entrance of the store. Witnesses stated that one of them hurled an object that smashed the shop window, while his accomplice immediately threw an incendiary device and a flare inside.
This act sparked a small-scale fire, which destroyed part of the interior space. The store's shop window suffered complete destruction, with fragments scattered on the ground. Significant material damage was recorded inside the business.
The fact that the store was closed at the time of the attack and no one was inside prevented injuries.
The Agia Paraskevi Police Department took up the investigation for the identification and apprehension of the perpetrators.
