Three vehicles belonging to the Attica Region were completely destroyed in an arson attack in Marousi in the early hours of Friday, 5 June.

At 3:55 in the early hours of Friday, 5 June, unknown perpetrators carried out an arson attack on three parked vehicles belonging to the Attica Region in Marousi. According to ERT, the perpetrators doused the vehicles with flammable material and set them alight, resulting in their total destruction.
Police officers who rushed to the car park where the vehicles were parked discovered video footage from security cameras. This material captures the characteristics and movements of the perpetrators.
Police information indicates that more than one person was involved in the attack. Investigations to locate them are ongoing.
