32-year-old stabbed outside his home in Eleusis — two perpetrators sought
According to Newsit.gr, an alert was raised on Thursday afternoon, 8 October, with police after a knife attack against a 32-year-old man outside his home on Konstantinoupolis Street in Eleusis.
The victim suffered deep wounds to the leg and was initially taken to Eleusis Health Centre. He is currently being treated at Tzaneio Hospital.
Information from newspaper Efsyn reports that the two perpetrators asked the victim if he was left-wing before attacking him. An anti-fascist group in the area claims that these are individuals known in Eleusis for their connections to the neo-Nazi scene.
Police sources confirm the attack and announce that two individuals are being sought. The police account, however, differs: according to police, the motive for the attack was robbery, not political reasons.
