A 36-year-old woman and her elderly father were attacked with baseball bats outside their home in Pyrgos. Her ex-partner is being sought by authorities.

In the early hours of Saturday, according to iefimerida.gr, a 36-year-old woman and her father became victims of a violent attack outside their home in Pyrgos, Elis.
The two perpetrators — the 26-year-old ex-partner of the woman and a friend of the same age — arrived wearing hoods and carrying baseball bats, initially causing damage to the 36-year-old's car.
When the woman and her father came outside to see what was happening, they were subjected to repeated blows. The 36-year-old sustained a fracture to her arm, whilst her father was wounded on the head.
The elderly man managed to pull the hood from the face of the 26-year-old and identify him. The perpetrators then fled.
Father and daughter reported the incident to police. A case file has already been opened against the two men for domestic violence and causing dangerous bodily harm, and they are being sought by authorities.
