Attack on 13-year-old in Ampelokipoi: eight minors identified as perpetrators
Eight young people have been identified over an attack on a 13-year-old in a sports facility in Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki, on 18 September.

Authorities have established the identities of eight young people allegedly involved in an attack against a minor girl, according to In.gr. The incident took place on 18 September at a sports facility in Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki.
The identified perpetrators are seven girls, aged 12, 13 and 14, and a boy aged 16. A case file has been drawn up against them, respectively, for moral instigation, joint commission and simple complicity in bodily injury to vulnerable persons, unlawful violence, threats and violation of legislation on the protection of personal data.
Two of the girls had already been arrested in flagrante delicto on the evening of Saturday, 19 September, after they appeared at Ampelokipoi Police Department accompanied by their parents.
According to investigation evidence, one of the girls is alleged to have led the minor victim to the location where the others were waiting for her. An attack then followed, during which the 13-year-old was injured, whilst part of the incident was recorded on video. The boy is accused of preventing the minor from leaving and threatening her.
The case file for the eight people involved is to be submitted to the competent Prosecutor.
