Disappearance of 15-year-old Ahmed Hussein from unaccompanied minors facility in Athens

15-year-old missing from unaccompanied minors accommodation facility in Athens
Police are mobilising in response to the disappearance of Ahmed Hussein, 15, of Egyptian origin. According to Newsit.gr, he has been missing since the early hours of 9 September from an accommodation facility for unaccompanied minors in Athens.
On Monday, 14 September, the Smile of the Child proceeded immediately to release the details of the 15-year-old, as there are indications that circumstances may exist which put his life in danger.
Ahmed Hussein is 1.80 metres in height, of normal weight, with brown eyes and curly black hair with blonde highlights. On the day of his disappearance he was wearing black shorts, a black shirt and sandals.
Anyone with information is requested to contact the Smile of the Child via the European Line for Missing Children 116000, from any Police Station in the country, or via the Missing Alert app, where live updates on the case are provided. The line operates 24 hours a day.
