An 18-year-old tourist from Britain reported that she was a victim of rape at a bar in the Malia area of Heraklion, Crete.
According to her complaint, a 19-year-old fellow countryman took her to the establishment's toilet, where, she alleges, he raped her.
The authorities proceeded with the arrest of the young man. The preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Chersonisus Police Department.
