A foreign national was arrested on Kos following a complaint of indecent exposure in a flat where a minor was present.

A man of foreign nationality was arrested by prosecuting authorities on Kos following a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on Monday afternoon in a residential building on the island.
According to information released by the Hellenic Police, the suspect entered a residential building and, finding the entrance to an apartment unlocked, went inside. There, he lowered his clothing and exposed his genitals. In the same space was a minor, who became an eyewitness to the incident.
Police officers located and brought in the alleged perpetrator, and a file of charges was opened against him. The case is referred to the judiciary, whilst the preliminary investigation is being conducted by the competent police services.
