Fresh details have emerged concerning the violent murder of a 67-year-old man in Euosmos, Thessaloniki, with the victim's daughter alleging that the perpetrator intended to punish her through her father, according to ERT.
The woman, who had maintained a relationship with the 38-year-old defendant, spoke on ERT television and described the unpleasant experiences she had with her former partner. According to her account, the man intended to harm her through her family.
She believes that the murder of her father was an act of revenge against her personally. She has expressed her intention to give a statement to the investigating authorities in the coming days.
The 38-year-old has already been arrested for the crime and is being held in custody. The case continues to be investigated by police authorities.
