"No Police Drink": 59-year-old advertised drink to alter breathalyser test on TikTok
The Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate has opened an investigation against a 59-year-old man who promoted on TikTok the drink "Afterparty-Nopolice" claiming it could deceive police breathalyser tests.

The Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate of the Hellenic Police has opened an investigation against a 59-year-old Greek national for the distribution of harmful pharmaceutical products, according to In.gr. The accused advertised on TikTok a product purported to alter the results of traffic police breathalyser tests.
The product circulated under the brand name "Afterparty-Nopolice" and was promoted through a website that the 59-year-old pushed on the platform. The slogan he used was distinctive: "Have you had drinks and don't want to get caught? No Police drink!"
The case began with a complaint submitted through the unified digital portal of public administration gov.gr. Subsequently, police and internet investigation led to the identification of the 59-year-old as the manager of the website, as well as a subsidiary company of another company based abroad.
The authorities informed the National Organisation for Medicines (EOS) and the Single Food Control Body (EFET). An EFET team carried out an on-site inspection at the company, where a total of 99 units of the product were found and seized for sampling and analysis.
The inspection established that the products did not carry Greek labelling. Analysis by the State General Chemical Laboratory showed they contained vitamins up to six times higher than the equivalent amounts approved by the Supreme Chemical Council for fortified non-alcoholic beverages.
The file was submitted to the competent prosecuting authority.
