An intoxicated foreign driver caused a collision, slightly injuring two people, and left the scene on foot. He was located by Asprovalta Traffic Police.

Two people were slightly injured yesterday afternoon in a traffic accident that occurred on the Stavrou – Olympiada Provincial Road, near Asprovalta.
A 42-year-old non-Greek driver was driving a car when he collided forcefully with a parked vehicle. From the impact, the driver and passenger of the second car sustained minor injuries. Both vehicles suffered material damage.
The driver responsible for the collision did not stop to assist the injured nor did he notify the authorities. Instead, he left the scene and moved away on foot, violating the provisions of the Road Traffic Code.
Officers from the Asprovalta Traffic Police Department managed to locate and arrest him.
