Three defendants remanded in custody for murder of 15-year-old in Kallithea
An investigating magistrate and prosecutor decided to remand three people in custody who are charged with the death of a minor in southern Athens.

Three men were taken into custody following their statements regarding the murder of a 15-year-old that occurred the previous Wednesday in Kallithea.
The 18-year-old alleged perpetrator admitted to authorities that he was holding the sharp object, reversing his previous claims. A friend of the victim who was at the scene testified that he attempted to warn the 15-year-old, however the minor was unable to move away in time.
A total of seventeen people are involved in the case. Apart from the three who were ruled to be remanded in custody, two other defendants were also taken into custody, whilst the remaining individuals were released on bail.
