The incident occurred when the 38-year-old perpetrator attacked his former father-in-law with a knife, causing him serious injuries. The elderly man was immediately transferred to a medical facility, where doctors are fighting to stabilise his condition.
Police authorities were immediately mobilised and proceeded with the arrest of the 38-year-old suspect. The perpetrator was taken to the police station, whilst an investigation into the precise motives for the attack is ongoing.
