20-year-old arrested with cocaine on ship in Piraeus – value over €2,625
Officials from Piraeus Port Authority arrested a 20-year-old Greek woman who was carrying 52.5 grammes of cocaine on a passenger ship.

Cocaine weighing 52.5 grammes found on 20-year-old at central port
On Tuesday afternoon, according to hcg.gr, officials from Piraeus Port Authority arrested a 20-year-old Greek woman for breach of the law on addictive substances (N. 4139/13).
The search was conducted on a passenger-vehicle ferry ship at Piraeus central passenger port, with the assistance of the drugs detection dog "TOBY" of the Port Authority. In the 20-year-old's possession was found a nylon package containing cocaine with a total gross weight of 52.5 grammes.
Piraeus Port Authority, which is conducting the preliminary investigation, also seized two mobile phones. The value of the narcotic substance, which will be sent to the General State Chemistry Laboratory for analysis, is estimated to exceed €2,625.
