A 26-year-old man was arrested on Aegina accused of repeated indecent acts against a girl under the age of 15.

A special unit responsible for child protection proceeded with the arrest of a 26-year-old man on the island of Aegina, based on a warrant that had been issued. The incident was uncovered on 18 June 2026.
The young man, according to an announcement from the authorities, is accused of becoming repeatedly involved from August 2025 in acts that violate the sexual integrity of a child who was over 12 but had not yet reached the age of 15.
Members of the Subdivision for the Protection of Minors of the Crimes Prosecution Directorate of Attica carried out the warrant on the island of the Saronic Gulf. Following his arrest, the 26-year-old was taken to the competent prosecutor for the next legal steps.
The case remains under investigation by the competent authorities.
