Police officers from the Immediate Response Division in Thessaloniki proceeded to arrest a 46-year-old man who is accused of secretly photographing a minor girl aboard a public bus in the city.
The incident occurred during the evening hours of Friday. According to the Hellenic Police, the suspect was inside a public transport vehicle and used his mobile phone to take photographs of a 14-year-old without her knowledge.
Officers immobilised the bus and arrested the 46-year-old man in flagrante delicto. A case file was opened against him for breach of the personal data protection law.
