On Thursday afternoon, 13 August, a special operational unit of the Search Department arrested a 48-year-old in Philothei who was sought with an international arrest warrant by Albanian authorities for homicide, according to skai.gr.
As announced by the Greek Police, the accused is alleged to have fatally shot a fellow countryman in Tirana in 2006 using a firearm.
The arrested man was taken to the competent prosecutor's office.
