Police officers from the DI.AS. unit arrested a 51-year-old woman who attacked a 93-year-old man in Thessaloniki, taking cash and a bank card from him.

A 51-year-old woman was arrested in Thessaloniki on charges of robbery against a 93-year-old man. The incident took place in the Toumba area.
The suspect is alleged to have monitored the victim's movements and waited outside the building where he lived. When the elderly man returned and opened the entrance to the apartment building, the woman followed him inside and attacked him.
Using force, the 51-year-old managed to take 260 euros in cash and a bank card from him. The swift intervention of police officers from the DI.AS. unit led to the identification and arrest of the suspect a short time later.
A case file was opened against her for robbery and she was taken to the prosecutor's office.
