Police officers from the Paros Police Department conducted the arrest of two Greeks today (20/06/2026), who face charges of illegal weapons possession and drug trafficking.
The operation began early in the morning, following the assessment of information regarding substance trafficking. During the subsequent search, authorities located a significant quantity of drugs and weapons in the possession of the suspects and at their homes. Specifically, eight packets of cocaine weighing 8.2 grams, a small quantity of cannabis, scales, two grinding mechanisms, a wooden baton, a folding metal rod, a blank-firing pistol with four cartridges, a holster, two brass knuckles and four folding knives were seized.
The two arrested individuals are to be presented before the District Prosecutor's Office of Syros.
