Rhodes: During the assessment of evidence relating to a drug trafficking case, a 43-year-old foreign national was identified. A search of his residence, an abandoned two-wheeler vehicle and an outdoor space yielded: 150.6 grammes of cocaine in 31 packages, 580 grammes of unrefined cannabis, a precision electronic scale, €2,500 in cash, two mobile phones and three vehicles used by the perpetrator. An outstanding conviction from the Single-Member Court of Misdemeanours in Rhodes was pending against him — a prison sentence of 1 year and 8 months for joint theft. He was referred to the Court of First Instance Prosecutor's Office in Rhodes.
Kalymnos: During a check on his arrival at the island, a 49-year-old Greek national was found to be carrying 39.2 grammes of heroin and a mobile phone.
