A police operation at a property used as a drug storage facility led to the arrest of a dealer and the seizure of significant quantities of narcotics.

Police officers conducted a raid on a residential property in Imathia that, according to information, was being used as a drug storage facility, known as a "cavatzas". During the operation, officers arrested one man and seized significant quantities of narcotics.
From the search conducted inside the house, authorities located and seized approximately 100 ecstasy tablets, nearly one kilogramme of raw cannabis, and additionally one package containing 360 grammes of raw cannabis.
The arrested individual was taken before the prosecutor, whilst the investigation continues to identify possible associates. The case falls within the framework of police actions to combat drug trafficking in the wider Imathia region.
